We thank you for your interest in The Woods of Westminster and for considering our golf course as the sited for your group's golf outing. Whether this is your first or even tenth annual event, we guarantee you'll have a day that you, your employees and guests will long remember. From great golf to great food, our objective is to ensure that your event exceeds your expectations. Accordingly, we've prepared the following information to help you plan, and make the most of, your golf day in the sun at The Woods of Westminster.

ALL TOURNAMENTS REQUIRE a $10.00 per golfer security deposit that will be
returned 3 days after the close of the event.

Weekday Event (Monday through Friday not including Holidays)
Tee time Event - $45 per player
Includes 18 holes with a cart and $5 per player Pro Shop prize fund. Pro Shop
will put out longest drive and closest to the pin.
Shotgun Event - $55.00 per player
Includes 18 holes with a cart and $5 per player Pro Shop prize fund. Pro Shop
will put out longest drive and closest to the pin.
Weekend Event

Includes 18 holes with a cart and $5 per player Pro Shop prize fund. Pro Shop
will put out longest drive and closest to the pin.
Shotgun Event - $65.00 per player
Includes 18 holes with a cart and $5 per player Pro Shop prize fund. Pro Shop
will put out longest drive and closest to the pin.
 
1. Tournament dates will only be held after receipt of signed contract and 20%
deposit.

2. A tournament will be considered cancelled if the balance of the tournament fees
are not paid in
full 10 days prior to the scheduled event. The deposit is
non - refundable.

3. Shotgun events require a minimum of 72 players paid in full 10 days prior to the
scheduled
event. Players will be assigned as two groups (foursomes) per tee
(72 people reserve 9 holes, 144
people reserve 18 holes).
4. No Alcohol may be brought onto the premises (including the parking lot). Police
will be notified
immediately.
5. Golf carts must stay on the cart paths at all times, NO Exemptions.
6. Only 2 people may ride in a golf cart.
7. Golf cart drivers must be 18 years of age.
8. Horseplay with golf carts will result in immediate ejection of the entire foursome
without refund.

9. Only registered golfers will be allowed onto the course during the tournament
(NO spouses, NO
children, NO animals).
10. No hard spikes allowed on the golf course, soft spikes only.
11. If any one person endangers other players or golf course property, or in
anyway knowingly
breaks the rules, the entire foursome will be ejected without
refund.


The Tournament Organizers acknowledge that they have read and understood the
rules and regulations and will provide them to every player.

All menus are served Buffet Style and are priced per person. Prices do not include 6.25% MA Tax and 18% Gratuity
